We strive to make amazing products that Earth Citizens love! If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can return your purchase for a replacement, store credit or refund. Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.

The EarthCitizen 100% Satisfaction Guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS

You can return or exchange purchases from EARTHCITIZEN LLC by mail or to our office.

You must have a proof of purchase (order email, shipping receipt) for all returns and exchanges.

If a product has been damaged during shipping please send us a picture of the damaged product and shipping container to support@earthcitizen.co as this is required for us to provide you an exchange or refund. 

Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send or deliver merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to the EarthCitizen LLC Return Locations, it will be returned at your expense.

LIMITED SUPPLIES

Since quantities may be limited, we can not guarantee you will be able to get the same merchandise or services.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your exchange or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange or return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the EarthCitizen Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

---Exchanges

If you are approved, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement for the replacement item but the original purchase price of your returned item will be credited back to your original form of payment. Allow approximately two weeks for processing. For your new preferred item, please indicate or email us at support@earthcitizen.co with your item purchase order # and prefered style, color, and size of your replacement item(s) so we may promptly exchange your purchase.

---Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately two weeks.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check check with your bank or credit card company to be sure your refund is not pending approval. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@earthcitizen.co.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. EarthCitizen LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. If you return is approved, the shipping costs paid during your original purchase will be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER BY MAIL:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to the location specified on your receipt.
