Local and global security is a state of having multi-generational abundance of environmental, man-made and human resources by primarly focusing on community based resource production, while having specialized teams focused on managing global resources and challenges. The most fundamental resource securities will be food, housing and water; beyond that will be education, energy, and other basic products required for meeting our physiology, safety, love and esteem needs. Most of the resource abundance will come from local communities. The specialized teams will focus on items like biodiversity protection, asteroid prevention, energy technology or planetary climate control.

An Earth Citizen, Type 1 Civilization, is the concept of a society that has the technological capabilities to generate energy equivalent to amount of solar energy absorbed on the planet, while managing that energy and other advanced technologies in an ethically and sustainably way so that everyone has access to an abundance of resources, while ensuring life and happiness thrives on the planet.
